Steel arch building metal garage kit specifications

Metal Building Kings’ Buildings uses the strongest steel available to create a tough and durable metal building for all our building kit models. More rust resistant than Galvanized steel, our Galvalume steel sheet used in our buildings is 80,000ksi tensile yield carbon steel coated with aluminum-zinc alloy with the addition of silicon.

Our coating uses the highest industry standard for metal arch buildings providing a 40 year guarantee from long-term atmospheric corrosion and rust perforations especially in acid rain and severe weather environments. This means no painting, no treating, and no rust or maintenance!

Metal Building Kings’ steel arch panels have a 7½" deep corrugation and are engineered for maximum strength. They are designed so the last 9 inches of the panels are flat so they fit perfectly together to eliminate the need for adhesives, sealing or waterproofing. This overlap design makes it easy to attach and bolt the panels together for seamless and accurate fit. They also include two rows of bolts from panel to panel for reinforced strength.

The deep corrugation, selections of heavy gauge of the steel, and overlapping where the panels and arch spans join produce the world’s most solid and strongest pre-engineered metal building construction in the industry.

One type of hardware does the entire job. There is no need to separate different bolts and nuts and various hardware because we have a simple design that uses one type of bolt and nut for the entire prefab metal garage including all arch and end wall panels.

Corrosion resistant, superior strength high Grade 8 bolts are included with our building kits. The superior coating on the bolts is 10 times more rust resistant than standard commercial hardware when tested in a 1000 hour salt spray test. The bolts all come with an industrial low density polyethylene washer already prefixed to guarantee a water-tight seal once the bolt is tightened.
