Our factory
The metal arches that make up the garage kit building are manufactured at our factory by machine roll forming 7.5 " deep corrugation ribbed arched panels. Each arch is is two feet wide and fastened with 2 rows of grade 8 commercial bolts for reinforced strength. The manufacturing process we use produces better adhesion to the steel substrate in your steel panels and your arch building's AZ Galvalume® steel is 700% more rust resistant than regular galvanized steel used in other types of kits. Your building length can be as long as you want in 2' increments.

Doors
Custom Washington metal garage kits are customizable from 3 to 6 feet wide to allow enough width for workers or small equipment to pass through. All doors are built into your garage's end walls and constructed with18 to 20 gauge electro galvanized steel sheets. Standard knock down doors or commercial grade doors are available that withstand up to 160 mph winds. Your main entrance used for vehicles can be custom sized to allow enough width and height for any type of truck large enough for semi trucks or large commercial equipment. Choose your custom electronic roll up, sectional, or bi-fold overhead door or a manual sliding door. Doors can come insulated and are made of 16 gauge to 26 gauge reinforced steel.

Insulation
Your entire building if you choose, can be insulated as well by 3 methods. 1) Spray foam 2) Roll fiberglass insulation, or custom insulated arch panels to keep your interior at a regulated temperature and guard against condensation. Ventilation
Customize your Washington metal garage with your choice of 3 different style gravity, turbine or ridge vents that pull air from inside the building. Install louver air vents on the side walls for cross ventilation.
